Introducing 'Nduja Scrambled Eggs

Nduja is an Italian sausage paste made mainly from pork, pork lard, and chillies. It is a staple of my cupboard. The two types of 'Njuda you can obtain in the UK are the imported jars and the UK-made versions. I have found that the imported jars have both a richer colour and flavour. The British versions tend to be creamier and not quite as strong.

Replace the butter with Njuda paste and follow Scrambled Eggs
