Great British Breakfast Burrito

Ready to wrap

I have seen various recipes for breakfast burritos almost exclusively with an American slant, normally including spicy American-style sausages and hash browns; they do not include British sausages or back bacon, the mainstay of a full English Breakfast. This recipe serves two people. 

Ingredients 

2 links sausages

2 rashers of smoked back bacon

1 TBls of unsalted salt

3 eggs

2 tortilla wraps

Just waiting for the scrambled eggs

Method

Cook the sausages and bacon as you prefer; I use my air fryer.
